From the dashboard (the screen that comes up when you log in), click Manage Posts (bottom right of the Manage Your Blogs box). Then click Edit next to the post you want to change. Just above the Publish Post button, click Post Options. The post's date and time appear next to the other options. If you change them and click Publish Post, it updates.
At least, it worked for me.
